Soon, these events will be back to the land of Kundang and Sungai Serai, Sungai Buloh Selangor Darul Ehsan.

Personally, passion and creativity needed for the picture and frame on the photos.

Gears needed will be :-

1. A DSLR Camera (Whatever model do you have)
2. Extra Memory Cards
3. Extra Batteries
4. Get A Correct Lens (Tele-Zoom) or (Wide Angle).
5. At least 2 Rain Coats (For your gears and you) or a camera rain sleeves for you camera and a poncho for you.
6. Monopod for your camera.

My tips of shooting will be :-

1. Keep Your Camera Still (During Shooting, my suggestion use your monopod).
2. Always bring your Extra Memory Cards
3. Bring your Extra Batteries (At least a battery grips).
4. Play with Shutter Speed (1/500 to 1/1600) and ISO (I loved my L.1 aka ISO 100).
5. Learn shooting from any Magazines / Websites / Blogs / Friends.
6. Go with you correct lenses. (I love my AF-S DX Zoom-Nikkor 17-55mm f/2.8 IF Lens [To get "The Whole Story : I do hope] and my AF-S VR Zoom-Nikkor 70-200mm f/2.8G IF-ED Lens [for Up Close and Personal])
7. Go for Right or Centre Line at Low Angle. (Try to get from the Judge Stand On Dressage Show, The Side of The Ring, Try to shoot at 2/3 of the way down from the Judge's Stand, Try to move in the opposite direction of the horse and the riders)
8. Quiet Shooting (I have been warned by the judges from my previous experiences.)
9. Bring at least 2 rain sleeves for your each camera and a poncho for you.
10. Shoot at RAW (For quality and easy editing purposes.)
11. Don't ever try to use your flash (If you don't want to be scold by the judges or maybe kicked by the horses).
12. Use your skill to shoot. (Try to get the rider and the horse in one frame : The Rider and The Horse Moment).
13. Have fun in shooting, don't get any stress on it.

p/s : I have a friend from foreigner media who been kicked by a horse (He got a big scar on his face for that).... All of it because of "He do not following order from the organizer", Please avoid that.... try to make friend with the organizer and get some advice for a good location. Adios
